Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa/Mastercard/Switch/Delta/Solo payment. If your debit card does not have an issue number please enter 0 in the issue box. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Shipping And Handling We ship worldwide. All prices INCLUDE delivery by first class post to customers based only in the UK. For all other customers an additional postage charge is applied. This is applied when your order is processed and does NOT appear on your copy order, but will appear on your Credit/Debit card statement.This charge is levied as follows: 1-3 CDs or DVDs £2.00, 4-6 CDs or DVDs £3.50, 7 CDs, DVDs or more £5.00. CD or DVD Box Sets £3.50. For any order to non-EC countries over £60.00 we insist on "Airsure" delivery (registered post). This costs an additional £4.75 and will be added to your order when processed. For UK customers who wish for "recorded" delivery £1.50 will be added.

Delivery Schedule Because much of our stock is imported to order, please be patient for the stock to arrive. We will normally send a new release order to you within 4 business days after release, earlier if possible. Catalogue items from the UK or Europe may take up to 14 days. Thousands of titles are no longer available in the UK so we source worldwide. Many times release dates are delayed so please e-mail us if you have any enquiry. USA imports should be with you within 21 days. Japanese imports can take up to 35 days.

Back Orders We try and send out as much of your order as possible as soon as possible, therefore you may find items are delivered separately.

Tax Charges To make it simple for our customers, all prices are inclusive of any UK or EC taxes. For customers outside the E.C. the VAT (sales tax) element is NOT deducted. It is used to maintain free delivery to those customers . Any import taxation or Sales tax must be paid for by the customer.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
