Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa/Mastercard/Switch/Delta/Solo payment. If your debit card does not have an issue number please enter 0 in the issue box. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Shipping And Handling We ship worldwide. For all customers an additional postage charge is applied.
This charge is levied as follows:
UK: 1st Class Post: £1 for one CD/DVD, 50p for each additional.
Alternatively customers can select:
Recorded Delivery (an additional charge of £1 to the 1st Class Mail charge)
Special Delivery (an additional £5.50 to the Ist Class Mail charge.)
European Countries: Airmail £2 for each CD/DVD
Other Countries World Wide: £3 for one CD/DVD, £2 for each additional.
BOXED/MULTIPLE SETS:Count as 6 CDs/DVDs |
| Delivery Schedule Because much of our stock is imported to order, please be patient for the stock to arrive. We will normally send a new release order to you within 5 business days after release, earlier if possible. Catalogue items from the UK or Europe may take up to 21 days. Thousands of titles are no longer available in the UK so we source worldwide. Many times release dates are delayed so please e-mail us if you have any enquiry. USA imports should be with you within 21 days. Japanese imports can take up to 36 days. |
| Back Orders We try and send out as much of your order as possible as soon as possible, therefore you may find items are delivered separately. |
| Tax Charges To make it simple for our customers, all prices are inclusive of any UK or EC taxes. For customers outside the E.C. the VAT (sales tax) element is NOT deducted. It is used to partially offset any additional delivery charge . Any import taxation or Sales tax must be paid for by the customer. |
